Describe the bug

I recently figured out why the zoom in the zoo app feels different than other UI's. When zooming in other apps (not just CAD) they zoom toward the current location of the of mouse pointer, but it seems zoo is always zooming toward the center of the screen, regardless of the mouse pointer location.

The current behavior makes it so that if you do a zoom, you likely need to do a pan operation as well either before, after or both, because the center of the window isn't necessarily the place you wanted to look at.

Steps to Reproduce

Move mouse pointer to an area of a sketch you want to examine more closely.

Zoom in.

Notice the zoom didn't go to that location (unless it happened to be in the center already)

Expected Behavior

I expected the zoom to "move" toward the mouse pointer location.

@franknoirot or @Irev-Dev let me know if this is an engine issue. Zooming into the cursor is definitely more what's common in tradCAD.
