Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
#5 brought PDF exports being arranged into folders named after the original PDF.

Describe the solution you'd like
A toggle box allowing you to switch between this feature and using the original exporting all PNG's to the destination folder.

Defaulted to exporting as brought by #5
