Theme Support to Change the color of the scrollbar (in epub reader)

I want to change the color of the scrollbar.

Describe the bug
I try to change the color of the scrollbar with "--primary-color: #000000" , nothing changes. I can't see any variable, that might help here

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. create mobile.css in your Kavita>Themes folder
2. add "--primary-color: #000000"

Expected behavior
the scrollbar isn't bright green anymore

Additional context
On another note - it would be great, to have the green bar out of my way, when I just want to read. Making it disappear, when I don't need it. When I'm scrolling the bar can be helpful.

This exists via the --primary-color-scrollbar property in the theme. You can make it --primary-color-scrollbar: transparent and the scroll bar will always be hidden.

"--primary-color-scrollbar: transparent" hides the scrollbar in the menu in Kavita, not in any of my ebooks.
