USP does not save silencer state to replays #311

I want to question if it makes sense to care about such a feature at all. The state of the silencer does not affect the run at all, so it does not really matter what it is in the replay. Compared to which weapon you have selected, that changes the speed in VNL. |
The same could be said about replays saving shooting the weapon (only changes speed with negev/awp). I think if everything is being preserved, this should be as well. |

This is an unfortunate oversight for such common weapon.
I'm not sure how the headers work in replays v2, maybe it's possible to hack it into the equipped weapon id?
