This mod only supports English, without mult-languages support.
for example: RSBRibbed.cfg

Using "#LOC" format with en_us.cfg is better.

for example:
"title = #LOC_Procedural_Ribbed_Payload_Adapter_Title"
"manufacturer = #LOC_Generic"
"title = #LOC_Procedural_Ribbed_Payload_Adapter_Description"
