Allow package installation for Python 3.9 #7

Hey, I'm using OWL2Vec-Star in a Python 3.9 project, which runs without errors, but I have to clone the repo, change setup.py to allow Python 3.9 and then install the package with python setup.py install. I would like to be able to install OWL2Vec-Star directly from PyPI (using Poetry in my case), which is currently not possible with Python 3.9.
Can you allow package installation from PyPI for Python 3.9?
