Phase in Multilayer Mode

Hello,

Is it possible to view the information of phase in the Multilayer Mode ? Suppose I have a particular structure and I would like to have the information about how the phase is changing according to the wavelength for example ? Can we visualise it in Aether's Multilayer mode ?

Hello,

Not presently no.
The phase is there in the code, but I've not exposed it through the UI because I didn't need it and see a good way of displaying it.
I could look into it though, is it urgent?

Hey,
It's not that urgent. But I was just curious. I was using Multilayer to see the transmittance of Photonic Crystals. As I wanted to see how it behaves under certain conditions and it did not respond that well to it so I was wondering maybe exploring phase will give us some insights. That's why I had asked that question.

So, in version 0.16 you should find a new set of graphs that will display the phase.
Haven't tested it to the extent I'd like so take it with a pinch of salt. I need to test it against FDTD results.
