Imem index continuation for iv_kl should include reference inside the list.

When giving a continuation after using a iv_kl list, there should be support to give the current position on the list to allow search to continue after that point in subsequent requests.

This resulted in the same results given repeatedly if the list was too long and this entry was the only result.
