If I set the column title to $A \implies B$, it shows up as "A@ifvmode @Equal \implies @ ifvmode B".

I think this is a bug.

A feature I would find helpful for these small bugs, is if you could make a method to copy the generated LaTeX code, and manually edit it.

Could you please provide the code which generates this output, so I can look into it?

As for your suggestion: Do you mean a possibility to print the source code into the compiled document, or print it as part of the compiler output?
