this might be a stupid question / request, but is it possible to fake the os info reported by ArchiSteamFarm? If its not possible by ArchiSteamFarm itself, does anyone know a way to fake the OS info on debian? |

The OS that ASF reports to Steam is the one you're running ASF on. If you run ASF on Windows, then Windows will be reported. If you run ASF on Linux, then Linux, and so on. In theory it could be possible to fake the OS info, as nothing stops ASF on Windows to report Linux or vice-versa. That however (in my honest opinion) crosses our contributing guidelines, especially what is considered to be "fair usage" in regards to ASF and Steam platform, which is why such request won't be accepted or discussed here. If you want to do it against our guidelines, you'll need to do it on your own. |
