Checklist

  • This feature I'm requesting is already implemented in yt-dlp.
  • This feature is merely a UI/UX update.
  • This feature is suitable for primary users with little knowledge about yt-dlp.
  • This feature is available for most websites, not only the video platform I use.
  • This feature is suitable for a large variety of videos.
  • This feature is not going to conflict with many of the existing options.

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.

The void fills the interface somehow. Moving options down is easier to access.

Describe the solution you'd like

I believe that moving the options to a navigation bar will fill part of the void in the interface and be more modern. This will enhance the feel of the Material Design 3.

Additional context

This means developer approval, and a lot of effort, but please think about it. You can move it to Discussion to see what the community thinks. Thanks!
