Dual Legacy Shapeshifted Baby Dragon

Upon attaining 2nd level and selecting power attack feat, the power attack button replaced the shifter claws button on the quickbar and abilities popup menu. It was still listed in the character sheet->abilities tab.

Update, this character reached 7th level and the shifter claws damage die did not increase.

I encountered similar issues, except in my case I didn't even get the shifter claws ability, and I somehow got the greater wyrmshifter at level 9 through dual legacy -> part timer -> shifter dragon. For the claws, the shifter claws feature is in the save, but the source blueprint is the shifter class, so I suspect it's not giving me the ability because my shifter level isn't high enough. Not sure about wyrmshifter, but its source is correctly from the isekai mod.

[Edit] Upon further testing, I'm not as sure of this as I was before. I might have been looking at Ulbrig, idk. Whatever the cause, it seems to be specific to the shifter legacy. I get the same issues when picking it without getting it through dual legacy.
[Edit 2] Upon even more testing, things don't work even when leveling into shifter directly. Idk what's going on, but the Isekai class is somehow interfering with other class's abilities to detect the current class level.
