A Simple Cursor XY Location Capture Program that has a long name that sounds more complicated than what it actually is that it shouldn't

When executed, program greets user with a welcome screen with the following information simplified.
Pressing ctrl+shift will prompt and copy cursor location.
Pressing ctrl+alt will prompt user of program termination.
Every prompt will move the cursor location to the button.
Before termination, program informs user of its' goodbyes.
