Update standard_coin.kinematics with actual angles, positions, etc.

The standard_coin.kinematics was filled with the autodb script. The true angle images should be referenced for setting spectrometer angles.

• Update the NPS position relative to the survey data at several angles.
• Update nps position
• Use a static beam energy for all runs. at each beam energy Study beam stability over each run period.
• Double check momentum values with EPICS values. Any offset at high momentum should likely go into the momentum offset parameter in gbeam.params (or similar).
