Add randomization destination port at segmenter #123
Description
The new generation of dataplane can take not just port 19522 but any port [16384-32727] at the LB. So we can expand the --multiport option available now in the Segmenter to support non-continuous, but random destination ports in order to better spread the load across the LAG.
