Extra white space above or below options when using mouse wheel to scroll.

If you visit the react-select webpage using firefox, and drop down the react-select that has a scrollbar, and use the mouse wheel, sometimes the options list appears longer than it should, meaning that there is a lot of extra whitespace above or below the options. It does this intermittently on firefox. Could not get it to happen on Chrome or Edge.
