Design a method to handle varying hyperparameters

On the ML side, one of the desired features is the ability to change the hyperparameters of the models. This interferes with our requirement to keep in browser processing minimal. Resultantly, there needs to be a way to add this feature. One idea as an example would be to define a preset variety of hyperparameters the user can select from and pre-train all the varieties available.

The idea is to solidify a concrete way to implement the feature before we go in codes blazing.
