[Feature Request] Use description to select monitors

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
I've got monitors hooked up through a usb-c hub, and their input mapping is semi random on connection, causing the layouts i've set to apply to non-predictable monitors

Describe the solution you'd like
support the desc:{MONITOR DESCRIPTION} scope for layout setup like hyprland does, those descriptions come form hyprctl monitors i.e:
