Description
Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
Currently, there is limited control over the location and size of notification popups, the notification menu, and the size, spacing, font-size and positioning of elements in the notification popup and notification menu.
I have tried playing with the font sizing and scaling options in the general settings menu and no combination of changes really fixes the issue.
Describe the solution you'd like
Ideally, it would be nice to have controls which allow setting the relative or fixed width, height, and font-size of notification popups, similar to other notification daemons such as duns or mako.
Additionally, having a bit more control over the vertical and horizontal positioning of the notification menu and popups relative to their anchor point would be nice. For example being able to specify that, in addition to appearing in the top-right, I would like the popups to appear 1 rem to the left (or right) from the default position. Currently this is only possible through hacking at the CSS for the modules.
Describe alternatives you've considered
Some method for toggling the notification daemon off entirely which allows the user to opt into another notification without having to uninstall libastal-notifyd as indicated in #1098

This abbreviation should be more customizable, what if the detail text contained a bluetooth pass-code?

Here, you can see the full text, which may have been important. At a minimum we should have some way of optionally seeing all of the text in the notification menu.

As you can see, below, the action titles are all long and the lack of granular control over the notifcation styles makes it difficult to parse and take action.
