Volume control problems & volume module breaking when restarting pipewire, wireplumber and pulseaudio #1113

Describe the bug
I am having problems with volume control, and I need to restart pipewire, wireplumber and pulseaudio to get any sound. When this is done, the volume module of hyprpanel breaks.
When not using hyprpanel I dont have any problem with the mentioned utilities for volume control.
To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:
run systemctl --user restart pipewire wireplumber pulseaudio and reload hyprpanel
Expected behavior
Since i am restarting it i expected it to come back to normal being able to manage volume and microphone
