Can not redirect to another page via hyperlink

I have an issue when I view the report via hyperlink.
My scenario:
I have a summary report and a hyperlink inside it to navigate to child report(detail report). But when I click the hyperlink to view detail it throw an error as below:

BlobNotFoundThe specified blob does not exist. RequestId:34763295-e01e-001b-476d-843599000000 Time:2022-06-20T06:18:29.6951314Z

Please guide me where is my problem?
