Here's the file and demonstration of the issue.
Due to the presence of many group nodes in other disabled node tree.
Operation of AN is being slowed down extremely.
once other node tree is being deleted, issues are resolved.

This is similar to #1783 except it is related to node tree refreshing instead execution setup. We can investigate a similar fix.
