Visibility of the Icons at low zoom levels

Not all icons can be seen easily at low zoom levels. Bigger, more visible Icons would help to visualilze modifications.

Monitoring with https://tyrasd.github.io/latest-changes/#12/45.4548/-73.3092 for Chambly Quebec, changeset 56302536 with a large BBOX was reported . Visualisation with the changeset-viewer plugin in JOSM did not help to spot modification in this area. Knowing that way 101781403 is modified, we see it only at high zoom level.

With such large changeset BBOXes in particular, more visibility of icons would help to spot modifications rapidly.
