mfxlib.log file

We (Discord) received multiple tickets that very large (hundreds of giga bytes) mfxlib.log file is generated in C:\temp folder. Some users claim that the issue went away after updating driver or using latest Discord. Are you aware of any issues? We are not able to reproduce locally. It seems that some users has Optimus setup, Intel(R) UHD Graphics and NVIDIA.
