How to send shipping details to instamojo ? #53

Hi,
i have a form that sends (Post) data to instamojo. The data a form sends is as follows

phone
email
buyer_name
amount
purpose

But what i have to do to post the following details :

shipping_address]
shipping_city
shipping_state
shipping_zip
shipping_country
