When HR measurement is running, steps aren't recorded

What happened?

Step counter is not updated when HR measurement is running

What should happen instead?

Both should be working at the same time

Reproduction steps

1. Flash build for commit 2625ed3
2. Start HR measurement
3. Walk, shake, whatever

More details?

1. Disabling HR measurement (worked)
2. Always On Display (didn't worked)
3. When left running in this state, when steps want to synchronize, then HR measurement drops to 0, like weird lock situation between HR measurement and steps counting.
