More chimes options

I'd really appreciate if there were more options for chimes. Currently, the user can only select 30min and 1hr chimes, but it would be very helpful for me if I could set it to 15min intervals. This would really help with time blindness and help me remember to do my "rounds" at work.

It would be really nice if the chimes settings would just let you submit any whole number of minutes because then everyone would be able to customise it to their specific needs.

Extra options for the vibration would be good too. For example, if it could double buzz or buzz for longer.

I think an option for 15 minute chimes is in scope. The chimes code will probably need reworking though as at the moment each setting (30 and 60 minutes) is a special case.

The vibration problem is trickier, but I'm hoping to rework this at some point. No timeline yet :)
