Vibrations for Navigation Updates

When using the Navigation app on my PineTime, I expected it to always notify me every time a typical gps would talk. For example, when cycling it'd be quite handy to have the navigations on my watch as I can't really use my phone then. But the way it currently works, I have to manually check for updated instructions all the time. The only thread I found about something like this is #1068, and I'm currently using a custom patch very similar to what that PR did, but that's far from perfect and also only works as long as the screen is on.
