Timer: After coundown finishes rest timer value to initial value

currently, after timer countdown is finished (goes to 00:00) timer will reset it's value that was initial set. it would be much better if this value is preserved so that user can run the same timer again. if user want's to start from other value they can configure new value using +/- buttons or hold start to reset it.

from personal experience this would be really helpful because when i do exercises i usually want to run timer for same value over and over again (i use timer to count exercises effort or resting between sets).
