When I try to rake I get this error (Core Motion: 05_retrievinggyro –https://github.com/IconoclastLabs/rubymotion_cookbook/wiki/Chatper-16-Core-Motion#1605---retrieving-gyroscope-data):

detectavailability[1061] : detectavailability(1061,0x25fc000) malloc: *** error for object 0x175cf5d0: pointer being freed was not allocated

any ideas?

I'm doing a sweep of updating this stuff, it was based on iOS 5 when it was written.

I'll try to bubble this to the top 🎩 I'll check it soon.

Unless @mattsgarrison gets to it first :)
