Here’s a way to display states of related elements.

This is how an example of how a list item could look, leveraging key value pairs. Icons would represent the labels and would reveal a tooltip when hovered.

Item List

Item lists feature a quick filter element, that enables the user to quickly set the namespace for the list. The quick filter is a shortcut for the search editor. If the results contain elements from more than one namespace the namespace of the item will be displayed in the item title.
