Description of the error
Using the unfolded trajectory with atom selection works fine and the job is completed. But loading the up in the 3D view causes the GUI to crash.

The issue seems to be related to bonding in the 3D view as it loads fine if you have the bond checkbox deselected.

Unfolded trajectory now crashes with atom selection. Replaced this issue with #581.
