ARTEM-IS V2 wishlist: expand the part about automatic pipelines

Currently, users that select using automated pipeline are asked to describe parameters and settings used to run this automated pipeline, if applicable, and any potential adjustments to the pipeline they may have made manually.

It could be better that they also describe individual steps in the pipeline to have complete information on what happened. For now, this is ambitious, so let's leave it for the future. One additional thought: once we know which pipelines are used, we could even offer pre-filling at some point

I’d like to contribute to this V2 wishlist by adding clearer documentation and examples for how users should describe automatic pipelines, without changing current behavior.

If that sounds acceptable, I can open a small PR focused on documentation structure only.
