Hello,

It would be really handy to have some formalism with rules, identifiers and criticality level(Error, Warning, Info...). That would make ISTP compliance verification tools simpler to develop and maintain. They would look a lot more like linters, for each violated rule, you get a message with the rule identifier (like this ), a brief description and we could also directly point to an URL here. Using rule identifier and levels also allow enable or disable a subset easily.
