Rooms aren't saved in proper order

Since the scheduler will place the top-voted bofs all in the first room, and since we can name the rooms, it's important that they be saved in a consistent order. I suspect the problem is how the data is exchanged with PHP in an array, although I thought this was previously working just fine.
