就是下载一个图层内容很多的时候，中间可能会因网络问题失败导致下载终止，意味着下次又要重新重头开始。所以能不能通过下载路径判断图片是否已经存在或其他方式，可以跳过已经下载好的部分，可以节省很多时间感觉这样体验会好很多额
