Cant remember, really. But I think I just started the wrong payload.

I think I just got it working by replacing my version of Lockpick_RCM.bin and regenerating my keys, then using the fusee.bin that came with the latest Atmosphere release. I was using the old fusee.bin before so I think that's what was causing it to fail.
