White frames at the end of video in Firefox #7087

Describe the bug
The last 2-3 frames of the video render white. This is even though they are present (evident by existing labels for those frames and sometimes they quickly flash by).

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Using the Firefox browser, go to a sample for video frame labeling
  2. Scroll to the last 2-3 frame
  3. Try playing them back or skipping through them frame by frame...
  4. See error

Expected behavior
The frames should be displayed like any other frame in the video.

Recording

end.mp4

Environment (please complete the following information):

  • OS: Linux (Docker) Firefox browser
  • Label Studio Version v1.17.0-dev0 128e3bb

Additional Notes
This doesn't seem to be an issue in chrome/brave browser, however, it's a little bit annoying that the interface is so browser-dependent. Has not been tested in Webkit or other engines.

In Firefox in general, the video playback is very buggy, and slow, the frames are often not perfectly synchronized with the labels during playback (however they do sync on pause now). Also when skipping frame by frame, there is a short white flash which makes it very annoying to label the videos.
