Reporting this issue for again.

Tried to upload files to staging, all validate successfully except 1 that gets stuck. I can't wait for a fix so will download and validate manually but it would be good to see this problem addressed as we have reported it multiple times.

Hi @mshadbolt. You reported it last at #404. This ticket was not ignored as per the conversation. You were unable to reproduce and the performance issue was not a valid bug so the issue was closed.

In order for me to debug this, I need more information then 1 that gets stuck. What was the file? What was the environment? What was the upload area?
