How to change the link that jumps after clicking on the title of the navigation bar

Hi. I am now using the academic theme. The version is v5.0.0.

I am wondering how I can change the link that jumps after clicking on the title in the navigation bar. For example, my URL is http://localhost:1313/~xx. However, after I click the title in the navigation bar, it will jump to http://localhost:1313/. But I want it to jump to http://localhost:1313/~xx. How can I make it?

I'm afraid so. Have you tried changing your baseURL in your config.yaml file?
