add an admin panel to this plugin, where they can send mail to every player and also add rewards to the mail, for example a player can claim money or a kit that an admin has sent them video the mail

Example: (in game ui)

Players: type multiple players names or @everyone

Message: Its the servers anniversary enjoy these free rewards!

Rewards: $100,000
Donator KIt

the rewards can get executed via rcon commands so givemoney {player} 100000 etc
