Navbar is not responsive #523

Navbar is not at all responsivle as well as there is no hamburger for smaller screens it will not show the options or sections in the navbar on smaller screens.

Updated Navbar (#546)

Solved issue #523 
I have made the navbar responsive, thus for smaller screens I have added
the hamburger style to make sure the user can access the links.
