Describe the bug

To make the documentation page move interactive, user friendly, and to improve it's overall function, the "Make your first contribution" section should be interactive and should redirect users to the project's GitHub repository

Expected behavior

"Make your first contribution" section should be interactive and should redirect users to the project's GitHub repository.
