Integration of an Assistant/Copilot feature into the Puter desktop, accessible via a flyout in the top bar.

Details

Using Puter's builtin AI subsystem, the assistant's key functionalities would be the ability for conversational interactions, as well as (using function calling) performing actions like opening apps, managing files, and executing Phoenix shell commands.

Users will interact with the assistant through a flyout interface integrated into the existing top bar of Puter's desktop environment.

This feature is inspired by Windows Copilot and Pluto's Assistant.
