OpenCL Issue Crashing NanoJ #2
Comments
I am having the exact same issue. Seems that OpenCL is not working. Any idea how top fix it? |
This happened to me when I had the wrong opencl-neo installed in ubuntu. In my case I fixed it by updating. |
how fixed the bug in ubuntu? please! |
Updated opencl-neo. But I don't think nano-srrf works with opencl-neo but only older versions |
There is also a description of a fix for Windows users here. |
NanoJ crashes Fiji when I try to process a sample or even access the OpenCL settings. I have this issue on both my laptop (Lenovo T460, Windows 10) and my desktop. NanoJ and SRRF are completely unusable, as I can't even access the OpenCL settings without Fiji crashing. It seems the debugging mode has also been removed, so I can't set it to use CPU only:
