Low Power Mode Time Lapse

I noticed you have the ability to reboot on an interval, would it be possible to enable the low power mode on the chip and wake up on a timer to take and transmit a single image? I really just want a timelapse and want to be able to use a battery pack if possible... Thank you for all your contributions BTW, this is a fantastic resource!
