[FEATURE] Windows support

Any chance for native windows support?

Currently it runs fine in WSL but natively it fails to import
AssertionError: This file should end with 'meerkat/meerkat/constants.py'.

I don't know much about Windows -- do you have a sense of what that would require to support?
