Ability to launch app in background (without focus)

Counterpart to launchOrFocus that would launch an app but always default it to the background. As a workaround I found saving the currently focused app, launch the other app and then refocus the previous app - but this causes a flash in the new app being opened.

I searched for other tasks and discussions related to this but couldn't find any - apologies in case I missed some 🙏

As a workaround you can call hs.execute("open -g ...")
