Hints activates last active window of a multi-window application, not the one chosen.

To reproduce:

1. Open multiple Chrome (or other application with multiple windows) windows.
2. Focus a different application.
3. Use hints to switch to a Chrome window other than the one that was the last focused Chrome window.

Expected behavior: the chosen hint activates the specific Chrome window it corresponds to.
Actual behavior: the hint only appears to activate Chrome itself, meaning the actual active window is whatever you were last on when using Chrome.

When using hints to switch to a different window of the currently active application it works as expected. It's only when switching between apps that it simply seems to activate the other app, not specifically focus the particular window within it that was chosen.
