I'm trying to create a script that can show a magnifying glass on the screen.
For this I'm taking a snapshot and rendering the result in a canvas at a larger size.
The resolution of the snapshot is really poor however, and the enlarged version does not show individual subpixels (like I would like) or even pixels.
So I have a couple of questions:
Is it possible to take a snapshot at a higher resolution?
Is it possible to specify the pixel interpolation strategy when rendering an image larger than its intrinsic size? I would like to be able to render individual pixels.
is it possible to move the mouse at less-than-one-pixel increments?
